Laura-Lou is a Senior Legal Counsel with LexCollective. Her legal practice focuses on the fields of international criminal law, corporate accountability, human rights law, SGBV, and transitional justice.

She also currently serves as a Legal Advisor with TRIAL International on the Private Military and Security Actors’ program. Prior to this, Laura-Lou worked for Global Rights Compliance, Civitas Maxima, and Project Expedite Justice, where she led programs, cases, investigations and trainings, supporting victims to fight for justice and accountability. She began her career working with teams before international or hybrid courts (ICTY, ICC, and ECCC).
Education & Certification
Laura-Lou holds an LLM master’s degree in public international law and European law from Erasmus University Rotterdam (Netherlands). She also holds the certificate of aptitude for the legal profession, which she obtained from the Haute École des avocats conseils de Versailles (France). Her working languages are English and French
