Press Release: Communication to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Pursuant to Article 15 of the Rome Statute

On 15 July 2025, LexCollective, with support from the Ukrainian Legal Advisory Group and B4Ukraine, submitted a communication to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, pursuant to Article 15 of the Rome Statute.

Sudan: Advocacy Mapping 

Last semester, students of the Harvard Law School Advocates for Human Rights, in collaboration with LexCollective and the Sudan Human Rights Hub developed an advocacy mapping, which compiles the varying responses of United Nations Member States to the armed conflict in Sudan and aims to inform targeted advocacy for peace and accountability.

DRC: Submission - UN Special Rapporteur on Climate Change

Together with Climate Counsel, and Femmes pour la Paix et les Droits Humains, LexCollective submitted a report to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Climate Change addressing the human rights impact of coltan extraction in Eastern DRC. 

Southeast Asia: Submission - UN Special Rapporteur on Contemporary Forms of Slavery 

LexCollective has co-authored a submission to the UN Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of slavery. Together with its partners Freedom Collaborative, Humanity Research Consultancy, and Operation Shamrock, we presented the current progress, challenges, and recommendations on how the financial sector can play a bigger role in eradicating contemporary forms of slavery in cyber-scam compounds in Southeast Asia.
