
About
Shalini Dobrasinovic is an international lawyer with over 12 years of experience in investigations, human rights, and international criminal law. Shalini is called to the Singapore Bar. Shalini is called to the Singapore Bar, and her current work with LexCollective focuses on investigating the forced labor linked to cyber-scam operations in Cambodia and developing strategies for advocacy and accountability, including through financial crimes, anti-human trafficking law, and international human rights law. Additionally, Shalini works with the World Health Organization, where she conducts internal investigations into abusive conduct, including sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment. Prior to that, she spent four years at the International Criminal Court at The Hague on the Defence teams of Francis Muthaura and William Ruto. She has also headed the Singapore office of Justice Without Borders, a regional NGO that facilitates cross-border civil litigation for domestic worker victims of labor exploitation and human trafficking. Shalini thereafter spent three years with the UN, investigating international crimes committed by ISIL against the Iraqi population, additionally focusing on the financial dimensions of these crimes. She received her Bachelor of Laws from Singapore Management University, and her Masters in Law (ICL and Justice) from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law.
