
About
Victoire d’Humieres is a qualified legal professional with expertise in international criminal and human rights law. Victoire has worked with civil society organisations, including the International Federation for Human Rights and the Sudan Human Rights Hub, to document and denounce international crimes in Sudan, East Africa and Great Lakes, and the Middle East. She has been involved in ICC and universal jurisdiction cases regarding Sudan, Syria, and Ukraine. Victoire holds Master’s degrees from Sciences Po and Paris II Panthéon Assas University. And is trained in open-source investigation and sexual and gender-based violence interview methods.
