Finance & Business Director

Katie Robayo is a senior nonprofit management specialist with 13 years of experience enhancing operations and systems in private and nonprofit sectors through financial and business leadership. Katie leads and supervises LexCollectives's financial and business administration functions, including financial management of the organization and its programs, personnel administration, and maintenance of systems and processes. She also supports phase-wise development and implementation of strategy, marketing, systems, tools, and processes across the organization in addition to outreach and fundraising for LexCollective and its programs.

With our Founding Members, Katie co-founded LexCollective in 2021, bringing her experience in developing and maintaining financial systems, collaboration, and working with diverse teams. She is a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional and Human Rights Consultant utilizing her background in managing operations in the legal field and working with international teams to effectively and efficiently guide day-to-day operations and administration of international law NGOs working alongside communities in the pursuit of accountability.
