KATIE ROBAYO

Finance & Business Director

With our Founding Members, Katie co-founded LexCollective. She leads and supervises the organization's financial and business administration functions, including financial management of the organization and its programs, personnel administration, and maintenance of systems and processes. Katie supports phase-wise development and implementation of strategy, marketing, systems, tools, and processes across the organization in addition to outreach and fundraising for LexCollective and its programs.

Previously, Katie was the Grants & Finance Manager at Project Expedite Justice where she led budget development and assisted with grant writing, donor communications, monitoring, and reporting. She has spent over a decade managing operations in the legal field and is a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional. Katie is skilled at collaborating with international teams in order to effectively and efficiently guide day-to-day operations and administration of international law NGOs addressing extreme injustices by working alongside communities in the pursuit of accountability.
