PADMINI PANDYA

Padmini was born in the UK, spent her formative years in America and worked in Asia for much of her career. She has deep experience as an entrepreneur and a corporate professional, blending both innovative, disruptive market approaches and operational structure and discipline in all her endeavors.

She spent a decade working across Asia-Pacific, predominantly based in Singapore, as a corporate strategist and management consultant for Adobe, Citrix, Publicis.Sapient and private family office with deep experience in post-merger integration, M&A, digital transformation, organizational strategy, market expansion and corporate restructuring.

In 2020 she returned to America and founded Bright Society, an exclusive, members-only, values-driven community that connects like-minded people around their shared passion for causes, to build lasting relationships and create real world impact.

She has an MBA from INSEAD, an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida International University and a BS in Communications from Boston University.
