MISSION
We build transnational interdisciplinary teams with impacted communities to reimagine solutions in order to tackle the most extreme forms of injustice worldwide.
VISION
We envision a world where interdisciplinary and cross-border legal services are available to all individuals and communities, independent of their wealth and status. We believe in a global society where community-led accountability efforts facilitate the most impactful, innovative legal strategies.
METHODOLOGY
We access. We reimagine. We cultivate.
Our Alliance bridges networks of lawyers, investigators, community advocates, human rights defenders, investigative journalists, and others around the world. We build connections between Members and seek Member expertise when reimaging justice solutions with communities and addressing particular issues.
We train. We mentor. We learn.
Our Academy trains, mentors, and empowers lawyers, investigators, and community advocates at all stages of their careers, with a particular focus on those early in their career. We blend immersive training experiences, e-learning platforms, and personalized mentoring to equip individuals to holistically address socio-economic injustices.
We investigate. We preserve. We litigate.
Our Lab investigates mass crimes and human rights and environmental abuses and collaborates with communities to incubate, develop, and test legal innovations. We collect and preserve evidence so that it is available for communities to pursue all available legal mechanisms.
